By signing up to work with Rambles with Rosie - Dog walking and Gentle behaviour solutions you are agreeing to the following.
Payment
For Behaviour and training: A non-refundable deposit of half the total course cost is required to confirm your booking.
The balance of the fee must be paid in full at or before the first session. Course fees are non refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
Payment is made for a full course as decided necessary and not for individual sessions.
Flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance.
Dog Walking: To be payed either weekly or monthly prior to the walk.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by a participant prior to the start of the course, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by a participant after one or more sessions of the course have been completed, no refund will be given.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course by myself, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee will be given.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of an individual session by me, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for sessions not yet taken will be given.
If for any reason in person course cannot take place for example extreme weather or government guidelines, the event will either be rescheduled or the course will take place over live video link.

Rescheduling Sessions
For participants taking a private one to one course, 48 hours notice must be given in changing appointment dates or times. Where this is not done the participants will be liable for the session fee calculated as the total fee, after deduction of the deposit, divided by the number of sessions in the course. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.
General
Participants take part in Training sessions with the understanding that the content of the course is advisory and application of recommendations is for the client to undertake in a consistent manner. Any physiological issues will need to be assessed by a vet. There are some genetic conditions that can impact the effectiveness of behavioural intervention.
The resources and guidance given to you by Rambles with Rosie are for your own personal use and should not be distributed to third parties. They are done with a specific dog and circumstance and if used for a different dog without thorough assessment it could be detrimental.

Your privacy is very important to me. This privacy policy has been created to answer any questions you might have about how I deal with your data. I am committed to ensuring all third-party partners are GDPR compliant and have appropriate Privacy Policies. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website. The information I take should you decide to take a course with me is used for the following reasons: -Insurance requirements -Tailoring content to your situation -Communicating with you out of sessions, Your information will be held confidentially and not shared with anyone else. Once the information is no longer needed it will be shredded. Records held on a computer system will be password protected. I am required to allow you to view your information at any time- you may contact me to do so at rosie@rambles-with-rosie.co.uk It is your responsibility to ensure that the data I hold on you is up to date so please contact me at any time to update your records. What if I do not agree with the privacy policy? If you do not agree with the details set out in this policy, please do not submit your data to me. If you have previously agreed to me using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, or for use of products or services, and you would like me to remove your data please email me at rosie@rambles-with-rosie.co.uk and I will remove/delete your data within 30 days.
